This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on the Grahbook platform, operated by Neha Agrawal. Since Grahbook primarily provides digital services and SaaS subscriptions, our refund policy is designed accordingly.
1. Nature of Services
Grahbook provides the following digital services:
- SaaS Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly subscription plans (Mukhiya, Bhandari, Samrat) for the Grahbook platform.
- AI-Powered Tools: WhatsApp store bot, inventory management, billing, and analytics features.
- Payment Processing: UPI payment facilitation through PayU integration.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). As these are digital services, physical returns do not apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Subscription Refunds
Free Plan (Mukhiya): No refund applicable as the plan is free.
Pro Plan (Bhandari): Refund eligible within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal, provided the Service has not been used beyond basic exploration.
Enterprise Plan (Samrat): Refund terms are governed by the individual service agreement.
2.2 Eligible for Refund
- Technical issues preventing use of the Service that cannot be resolved within 48 hours of reporting.
- Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges (in INR).
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
- Cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase (for new subscribers only).
2.3 Not Eligible for Refund
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window from initial purchase.
- Partial usage periods (e.g., mid-month cancellations after the refund window).
- Features used during the subscription period, even if subscription is subsequently cancelled.
- Third-party service fees (e.g., payment processing fees charged by PayU).
- One-time setup fees or customization charges, once delivered.
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

5. Refund Mode
All refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- UPI payments: Refund credited directly to the UPI ID used for payment.
- Net banking: Refund credited to the bank account used for payment.
- Cards: Refund credited to the card used for payment.
We do not provide refunds in cash, cheque, or any form other than the original payment method.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:
- We will provide evidence of the transaction and service delivery to the payment processor.
- Your account may be suspended during the dispute resolution process.
- If the dispute is resolved in our favor, your account will be reinstated.
- We reserve the right to recover any fees incurred due to unjustified chargebacks.
7. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge date.
- We will investigate and resolve billing errors within 5 business days.
- If a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect amount within 7 business days.
